Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Deployments.ai websites, APIs, SDKs, and related services (the “Services”) operated by Deployments.ai (“we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Services

We provide an agent platform and related tools that may still be in development or offered as a preview. Features may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice when practicable. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, configurations, and content.

4. Customer content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services. You must not misuse the Services (including malware, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement, or unlawful content). You are responsible for outputs generated through your use of models and agents.

5. Intellectual property

  • We and our licensors own the Services, documentation, branding, and software. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
  • Subject to these Terms and any order form, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription or access period.
  • Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
  • Third-party products and model providers may apply additional terms. You are responsible for compliance with those terms.
  • Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
  • Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or one hundred USD if none).
  • You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or law.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
  • We may suspend access for security, legal, or material breach reasons.

7. Termination. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law applies. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
